Our Story

Rhonda and Carol have been friends for over 20 years. When Rhonda shared that her daily mile was her "medication," it stuck with Carol. For 5 months. Then on May 4th, 2026, Carol finally started walking her mile. 2½ weeks later? She could already tell the difference. That's why this movement exists.

Why?

Because your mind needs a daily mile as much as your body. This is medication, not exercise.

Meet Rhonda

Rhonda Kirwan has completed six figure competitions, has not missed a day of running in 12-years, and now has a career as a master Pilates trainer at Club Pilates in Granite Hills, La Mesa.

She loves teaching others to "do hard things" and what that really means for your life.

Meet Carol

With a background as a Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Gym Owner, and National-Level Figure Competitor, she has seen it all—the extremes, the fads, the burnout. Now, she gives you permission to ignore the noise and trust yourself again. Her mission isn’t to add more rules to your life, but to give you a clear framework—her P.O.W.E.R. Principles™—so you can make confident choices that fit your life. Carol is your guide from rules to freedom.

For over 30 years, she wrote the meal plans, designed the workouts, and coached clients to follow a script. But the real breakthrough came when she realized: lasting change happens only when you stop following and start leading. She helps you uncover the wisdom you already have and channel it into a sustainable, joyful approach to strength, energy, and vitality.
